S.P.E. is a client/server engine that allow to transform your traditional VO application into true client/server applications!

How does it work?

S.P.E. with its optimized TCP/IP communications management and its total VO integration, allows to manage objects of non-application-resident classes, which are resident and in execution on a remote machine (PLEASE NOTE: remote machine can also be 'localhost').

For what it is helpful?

It mainly serves to share common resources (like DLL or databases) by many applications which run on different clients.

Focusing on DBF file, it allows to access remote DBF to those users who have not access to the server file-system using a simple Internet connection.
